The Ozonator Cleans and Disinfects Water and Tub Surface
All Boca tubs outfitted with air and water jets also include an ozonator. This device generates Ozone gas that is released through the jetting lines and into the tub during bathing. The gas is reactive and binds with any bacteria, viruses or impurities it encounters in the water, air and surfaces surrounding the tub. Ozone is generated through a chemical reaction powered by the same electricity that runs the jetting system and any other optional electrical features in the tub. Because of this, the ozonator will never need to be refueled or recharged.
